The Challenge
G20 Empower needed a unified digital platform to deliver high-quality education to women and learners across 80+ countries. The platform had to support thousands of concurrent learners, 1000+ courses from global partners, multilingual access across regions, diverse learner profiles (students, working professionals, experts), real-time progress tracking, and inclusive learning journeys for skilling, employment & entrepreneurship. Legacy LMS solutions couldn't meet the scale, accessibility, or flexibility requirements. A custom digital inclusion platform was required-high-performance, multilingual, accessible, analytics-driven, and future-proof.
